Mark adjudicates fairly and with objectivity. His approach is to move the process through the stages of case presentation, evidence submission, argument and conclusion in a well structured and understandable way, acceptable and endorsed by all parties. When required, preliminary matters are dealt with separately and decisions reached are communicated quickly so that the next stage of arbitration is scheduled promptly. Delays in reaching decisions can be costly and frustrating and steps are taken to avoid and, ideally, eliminate such barriers.
The arbitration process is undertaken with the agreement of the parties and their counsel.
